Integral Casting Frame

Adopts an integral casting frame structure. Compared to traditional welded structures, it offers superior stability and reliability, effectively absorbing vibration to ensure long-term precision.

Stepper Motor Knife Feed

The knife feed system is upgraded to stepper motor drive, ensuring stable feeding and adjustable parameters. The integral cutter roller design improves assembly accuracy and simplifies maintenance.

Leverage Amplified Compaction

The compaction mechanism uses a leverage amplification principle with adjustable pressure technology. It precisely controls material density to form a tight "tobacco cake," ensuring uniform cutting width.

Servo Joint Driven Chain

Upper and lower chains are jointly driven by a single servo motor, ensuring absolute synchronization. Equipped with specialized chain disassembly tools, making maintenance of the chain system much easier.

Cylindrical Grinding Mode

Uses cylindrical grinding to ensure linear contact between the grinding wheel and knife edge, improving grinding quality and efficiency. Stepper motor controlled wheel feed with diamond dressing significantly reduces consumable usage.

S7-1500 Intelligent Control

Utilizes Siemens PLC S7-1500 controller with I/O system and Profinet bus. Forms a layered control network supporting networking with central control rooms and remote communication. HMI features graphical symbols and parameter permission management.

01 Conveying & Compaction

Upper and lower chains are jointly driven by the same servo motor, ensuring synchronous conveyance. The unique upper mouthpiece trajectory design, combined with a correction pivot, ensures a constant gap between the upper mouthpiece and the cutting knife during vertical movement.

  • Constant Gap: The slider trajectory circle is congruent to the cutter diameter. Assisted by the correction pivot, this ensures the cutting gap remains constant regardless of material layer thickness.
  • Leverage Force: Compaction cylinder force is amplified through a leverage system, applying constant pressure to the material to form a tight "tobacco cake."

02 Cutter Drum & Cylindrical Grinding

Features an integral cutter roller body with fully machined components and excellent dynamic balance. The cutter assembly integrates a stepper motor feed mechanism supporting online parameter adjustment.

  • Stepper Feed: Driven by stepper motor with selectable intermittent progressive or continuous feed modes, precisely controlling knife feed amount.
  • Efficient Grinding: The grinding wheel reciprocation is equipped with variable frequency speed control. Combined with cylindrical grinding, it ensures sharp edges and a constant cutting circumference.
  • Easy Maintenance: The sharpener features a quick open/close mechanism, facilitating machine head maintenance and knife replacement.
