Independent Chain Drives

Upper and lower feeding chains are driven independently by synchronous servo motors. The lower chain is horizontally set to reduce torque. The control system ensures precise synchronization of feeding speeds, facilitating easier maintenance and meeting high-precision cutting requirements.

Linear Cylindrical Grinding

Uses cylindrical grinding to ensure linear contact between the grinding wheel and the cutting blade, significantly improving grinding quality and efficiency. Equipped with dual diamond dressing and servo cylinder feed to ensure blades remain consistently sharp.

Stepper Motor Feed System

Driven by stepper gear motors for stable, adjustable knife feed. Supports both intermittent progressive and continuous feed modes, allowing online parameter adjustment for micro-precision feeding. Grinding wheel feed uses an "S120 + Servo Cylinder" mode, integrated with cutter roll control for high precision and dynamic response.

Siemens Integrated Control

Comprehensive application of Siemens servo technology and PLC controllers, using fieldbus technology to form a layered control network. Supports networking with the central control room for remote diagnosis and data exchange.

Adjustable Pressure System

Utilizes pneumatic proportional pressure reducing valves and force-amplifying lever mechanisms to automatically adjust compaction force based on material flow. Ensures expanded stem forms a structurally tight "tobacco cake" to meet specific density requirements.

Adjustable Compaction Angle

The upper chain compaction angle can be adjusted according to different material characteristics. By changing the adjustment device, the compaction angle can be set to 12°, 15°, or 18°.
