Built-in Stepper Motor Feed

The knife roller integrates a stepper motor drive for the blade feed system. Power is synchronized to the feed shaft via a motion distribution mechanism. The feed is stable and adjustable, eliminating external mechanical chains for a more compact and precise design.

Independent Chain Drive

Upper and lower conveyor chains are driven by independent synchronous servo motors. By precisely controlling the feed speed, perfect synchronization with the knife roller is achieved, ensuring cutting width accuracy.

Constant Compaction System

Applies proportional pressure valve technology to automatically control material compaction density. A narrow mouthpiece width (300mm) combined with a small diameter roller ensures the material forms a uniformly dense "tobacco cake" before cutting, improving quality.

Integral Knife Roller

Uses an integral knife roller body structure (⌀450mm) with excellent dynamic balance performance. This design not only improves assembly precision but also greatly facilitates maintenance and servicing.

Cylindrical Grinding

Blade sharpening adopts a cylindrical grinding method, ensuring linear contact between the grinding wheel and the cutting blade. This design improves grinding quality and efficiency while significantly reducing blade and wheel consumption.

Suspended Touch Control

Equipped with a suspended operation box and touchscreen HMI. Monitors operating status in real-time and directly displays blade/wheel usage. Cutting width, cylinder pressure, and other parameters can be digitally set for maximum convenience.

01 Conveying & Compacting

The lower chain is set at a 3° horizontal incline to reduce drive torque. The upper chain utilizes a swing arm chute mechanism to ensure a constant gap between the upper mouthpiece trajectory and the cutting circle.

  • Independent Servo Drive: Upper and lower chains are driven by separate motors for precise synchronization, eliminating traditional mechanical linkage errors.
  • Constant Compaction: The drive cylinder with a fulcrum uses a leverage boosting mechanism to gradually compact material during conveying, maintaining constant density.

02 Intelligent Knife Roller

The heart of the cutter. Integral knife roller body integrated with 3 or 5 horizontal blades. Supports both manual and automatic feed.

  • Built-in Feed Source: The knife roller body contains a stepper reduction motor. Precise blade feed is achieved via planetary gears and a motion distribution mechanism.
  • Smart Monitoring: Real-time display of remaining blade length with automatic replacement alarms.
  • Manual/Auto Dual Control: Equipped with a manual feed device for debugging, while normal operation is automatically executed by the stepper motor.

03 Grinding Wheel System

Reciprocating sharpening system ensures sharp blades and a constant cutting circle.
