The ideal model for technical transformation and equipment renewal in cigarette factories. Featuring high-performance PLC & S120 Servo Controllers.
Adaptable to production lines from 500kg/h to 6400kg/h, achieving full digital precise control of cut width.
Precision mechanical structure based on digital control technology ensures continuous and uniform material processing.
With the cutter drum motor as the master and the chain motor as the slave, the PLC performs high-speed calculations via preset formulas to precisely regulate the speed ratio. The system automatically tracks operation within the specified cut width settings without requiring mechanical adjustments.
Adopting advanced bus technology, the servo controller collects resolver signals and feeds them back to the PLC, achieving extremely high-precision closed-loop speed control to ensure the stability of cutting accuracy.
Configured with a 600mm diameter cutting cylinder installing 8 (or 4) blades. Features continuous quantitative feeding functionality; knife feed frequency can be freely set (not fixed), feeding approximately 0.03mm per step, with real-time blade life monitoring via the touchscreen.
Controls the lifting of the mouthpiece and drives the upper chain mechanism to compact the material. Pneumatic components are available in SMC or FESTO options. It also provides precise control for mouthpiece cylinders, oscillating cylinders, and pneumatic clutches (leaf cutters), etc.
Uses a rack-and-pinion reciprocating mechanism to improve blade grinding quality. It reduces blade and grinding wheel wear and ensures linear contact between the grinding wheel surface and the knife edge, enhancing sharpness and flatness. Wheel dressing ensures a constant cutting circumference, guaranteeing uniform cut width.
Suspended control box equipped with a large-screen touch industrial PC. Provides six main screens including Operation, Parameter Setting, Maintenance, Alarm, and Trend Charts, supporting fault self-diagnosis and real-time data display.
Available in 8 configurations from low to high capacity (SQ31B - SQ38B)

* Note: Odd-numbered models are Leaf Cutters (Vertical Feed), and even-numbered models are Stem Cutters (Horizontal Feed). The SQ37B is mainly used for 6400kg/h lamina lines, and the SQ38B for 1600kg/h stem lines.
The chain reduction motor drives the upper and lower chains to rotate synchronously in the same direction via sprockets. The upper chain assembly adopts a parallelogram linkage mechanism, using cylinders to compact the material.
The core cutting component, supporting both curved blade (stem cutting) and straight blade (lamina cutting) configurations. Solid cutter drum fully machined for extremely high debugging precision.
